During your first appointment, Dr. Anthony Harwell and Dr. Tanner Cook will complete a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation, explain what they see in clear and approachable terms, and walk you through recommended next steps. This one-on-one time is designed to help you understand your orthodontic needs while ensuring every question is answered.

What Is the Purpose of the Initial Examination?

Your initial exam is designed to provide straightforward answers to the questions families and adult patients typically ask when researching orthodontic care online:

If orthodontic treatment is recommended during your first visit, we will schedule an appointment to collect your Diagnostic Records. When time allows, we may even complete these records the same day to keep your treatment timeline moving efficiently.

What Is the Cost of Treatment?

Do We Accept Assignment of Benefits?

We accept assignment of benefits for most insurance plans to reduce your out-of-pocket expense. If your plan does not allow assignment of benefits, we will gladly file claims on your behalf so that reimbursement is sent directly to you.

Important: If your insurance coverage changes at any time before the full benefit amount has been applied, please notify our office immediately so we can update your contract and avoid disruptions.
