Dr. Cook earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma. He continued at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He remained in Oklahoma for his orthodontic residency, completing his Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics in 2014.

Outside the practice, Dr. Cook is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, hiking, biking, fishing, and hunting. He stays closely connected to his community through active church involvement and charitable service, including regular deliveries for Snack Pak 4 Kids, helping provide weekend meals to local children. Dr. Cook and his wife, Alyson, live in Amarillo with their two children, Taylor and Clara, and enjoy exploring the outdoors together as a family.
