Dr. Harwell earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, and completed his Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics along with a Master of Science at the University of Texas–Houston Dental Branch.
